Further on the Újvárosi Road we arrive to the Roman Catholic Church built in the 1860’s as a modest eclectic imitation of the olden baroque churches of the countryside.
The marble statues of Antal Martinelli are important from an artistic point of view, mainly the statue of Mary made in 1900.
